EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AT CS SOCH
- Subscription: The educational resources at CS Soch are subscription based. Currently the annual subscriptions are available only to Schools for Grades 1 to 5 on advance payment as per payment terms mutually agreed with the subscriber, depending upon the subscriptions purchased. Unless otherwise specifically agreed the Subscription will be considered only for the current versions of the educational resources and not for the versions or updates to the resources developed in future.
- Refund Policy: Payments received towards subscriptions are non-refundable. In case of inability of CS Soch to make available the educational resources partly or fully during the subscription period, the subscription can at the most be deferred for the period equivalent to the period for which the Services were unavailable. CS Soch reserves rights to suspend or terminate any accesses for failure in timely payment of subscription fees.
- Other terms governing Subscription and access to Educational Resources:
- Subscription to CS Soch educational resources allows merely a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to the subscriber to access to and use educational resources at the site for the limited purpose of teaching its students with respect to whom the subscription has been purchased and no other rights. The rights granted do not include any resale of any portion of the Site or its contents; any collection and use of any derivative of the Site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another company or party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Respective Admin and Student username and password for accessing the educational resources shall be as per data and details supplied by the subscriber. Responsibility for the same shall lie with the subscriber. Subscriber shall provide only that personal data that it holds in an authorised manner and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation and is duly authorised to provide the same to CS Soch.
- The subscriber understands that the username and password for access to educational resources at the Site are for use only by the person issued to. The subscriber is supposed to ensure all safeguards and measures at its end to prevent any unauthorised access to and use of educational resources at the site and shall immediately notify CS Soch if it becomes aware of any loss or theft or unauthorised use of any of the username and password.
- The Subscriber shall itself be responsible to arrange on its own, adequate infrastructure such as devices and internet connectivity and CS Soch shall not to be responsible for unavailability of access due to any failure of the same.
- The educational resources are provided on AS IS basis without any representations or warranties of any kind or nature. Other than as expressly represented or warranted herein, CS Soch expressly disclaims all representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the educational resources.
- CS Soch expressly disclaims that its educational resources are based upon any school / board curriculum, or guarantees a particular level of learning or skills. Educational resources, in CS Soch sole view, is merely aimed to develop computational thinking and Skills amongst children without any guaranty or warranty for any kind of results.
- CS Soch specifically disclaims uninterrupted access to the subscribers or continuous availability of educational resources on subscription. CS Soch specifically disclaims any and all liability for any interruption, downtime or suspension of services caused by actions on part of third parties or the Subscriber or their staff or students or due to virus, Trojan, or hacking attacks, internet failures, maintenance purposes or for any force majeure reasons including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, unavailability of internet services, strikes and other forms of industrial action or any other reasons beyond the control of CS Soch.
- In case of interruption or loss of use and/or access to educational resources at the Site, CS Soch shall use reasonable endeavours to restore access as reasonably possible.
TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
CS Soch, CS Soch logos, Digital Shoots and any product or service name, or slogan contained in our Site are trademarks of CS Soch, and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed, in whole or in part, in any way without the prior written permission of CS Soch. Meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing “CS Soch” or any other name, trademark or product or service name of CS Soch or Digital Shoots may not be used without prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and CS Soch names or logos mentioned in our Site are the property of their respective owners.
Subject to applicable law, the content on the Site, including without limitation, software, code, forms, text and other materials, including any derivative works created are either owned by or licensed to CS Soch.
